Corey Gloor is currently in his fourth year as the voice of the Tulane Green Wave and his 14th year as a professional sports broadcaster. Since becoming the Director of Broadcasting at Tulane University in 2021, Corey has been on the call for nearly 300 events, serving as the primary play-by-play broadcaster for Green Wave football, men's basketball and baseball. These include some of the most memorable moments in Tulane history... football's 2022 conference championship and thrilling Cotton Bowl comeback, men's basketball's upset of #10 Memphis and back-to-back baseball conference championships and regional appearances. Additionally, Corey hosts a weekly Tulane podcast and provides television play-by-play for Tulane women's basketball, volleyball and tennis.
Prior to Tulane, Corey spent six years as the voice of East Carolina University baseball while honing his craft at IMG College (now Learfield) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Immediately after graduating from Northern Illinois University in 2010, Corey began working at an ESPN Radio affiliate in Janesville, Wisconsin. There, he hosted daily talk shows and provided play-by-play commentary in a multitude of sports from high school to minor league baseball. A native of Rockford, Illinois, Corey now resides in the heart of New Orleans. Roll Wave!
