Jason Barfield

Jason Barfield is the Director of Broadcasting at Sam Houston State University. He has been providing play-by-play and color for the Bearkats since 2007 on local radio, TV, streaming and for the last seven years on ESPN+. In addition, he has provided play-by-play and color commentary for the Las Vegas Lights soccer of the USL for ESPN+. His background includes broadcasting NCAA and high school football as well as NCAA baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, bowling and volleyball.
