A little about me...I like to read non-fiction books, watch films, eat ice cream in the winter and hot soup in the summer. I have several years of radio and television play-by-play experience in football, basketball, and baseball. I worked seven seasons of professional baseball in both affiliated and independent ball. My minor league stops include Great Falls, MT, Laredo, TX, Sioux City, IA, and Joplin, MO. I've also been a fill-in for the Tulsa Drillers (Double-A Texas League). Most recently, I was the radio voice for men's basketball at the University of Southern Indiana (NCAA Division I). I also served as the voice of Lady Griz basketball at the University of Montana (NCAA Division I), and currently work as the primary radio voice of Rogers State men's and women's basketball (NCAA Division II). I've been a fill-in announcer for RSU baseball and softball, John Brown University basketball (NAIA), Northeastern State football (NCAA Division II), Oral Roberts University basketball (NCAA Division I) and South Dakota State women's basketball (NCAA Division I). I was also a co-host on Big Al & Friends with The Blitz 1170 in Tulsa. During the fall, I handle radio play-by-play for Bixby High School football. I worked the early stages of my career in full-time radio as a jack-of-all-trades. I've received numerous awards as a sports talk show host and a news director. I've been employed at radio stations in Taylorville, IL, Woodward and Tulsa, OK, and Hays, KS. My reporting work has ranged from local school board meetings to The NBA Finals. I've been fortunate to originate game broadcasts from South Texas, Washington state, Winnipeg, Canada, and all points in between. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and currently reside in Tulsa.
